When PCT is over

There is no way that two weeks after PCT your blood levels are back to normal(before you started cycle that is) but it all depends on what your goals are.

isn't off-cycle time supposed to be at least the same as on-cycle time?

sorry for intruding but since we're on the topic, i have a question. suppose i'm on a test-only cycle for 6 weeks. and only waited 4-5 weeks before starting another cycle. what effect(s) would this have on my current cycle?

I always personally allow time and a half the length of my cycle for my time off.. So if I do a 12 week cycle I take 18 weeks off... Thats just me, I think that you will find most do time on = time off.
I do my routine because I'm not a professional BB, I seem to get great results from all of my cycles using this amount off time, plus it give me time to grow with just food :)
