When is the best time to take T3?

Just got some T3 from a buddy so I decided to add 12,5mcg/day to my cycle to boost metabolism a bit.
I´m not sure at what time of the day I should take the tab, I took it with my breakfast today. Is there a better time to take it. Any help appreciated.
 
IMO bro for a reasonable and worthwhile metabolism boost, you really need to be in the 50mcg/day range of dosing and dose 25mcg a.m. and same again p.m. bro......

You definatly want to go to 50mg a day to boost the metabolism like they said one in the morning and one at night so you have a cosistant level in your t-gland but you have to be carefull too because T-3 will not only help burn the fat but it can also deplete your muscle mass.
 
Thanks for the input, but I don´t want to loose any fat (current BF: 8%), I want to put on muscle. I read numerous times that T3 at 12.5mcg is beneficial while bulking since it helps utilizing nutrients.
I´ll up the dose when my show approaches (7th of November), of course in conjunction with some AAS.

So taking the 12.5 in the morning is the way to go?

I call bullshit on the low dose T3 use. I see no need to use it unless you have been at an extremely reduced caloric level for some time now AND you have had bloodwork to confirm that your natural T3, T4 and TSH are low. If NO additional fat loss is your goal then T3 does not make snese to me. Others might disagree.

I would still be in the 50mcg/day range for the enhanced protein synthesis which makes a cycle more effective. 25mcg is the lowest I would consider taking for this purpose and 12.5mcg is not worth it at all IMO.

Not to flame you or anything but you want to take this extremly potent thyroid altering drug, NOT TO LOSE FAT, but to boost your metabolism. T3 can be very catabolic, usually it is added near the end of a cycle while the individule is running some test to help in maintaining muscle mass, running it with clen is also a good idea.
If you just want to boost metabolism, I'd suggest walking 4-6 days a week with a moderate intensity.
I don't understand why people are so willing to jam drugs in their bodies without first trying natural alternatives.
Unless your overweight and have tried natural methods, I'd suggest going to your GP and getting some tests done, otherwise steer clear from the hardcore stuff.

Do a search on this, there is alot of good info in the archives.

I did a search and worked through countless threads on T3. From the information I gathered 12,5mcg will not inhibit Thyroid function to any degree but will help to utilize nutrients.
25mcg or even 50 will inhibit Thyroid function, which I don´t want.

Don´t treat me like a stupid newbie, I´m in the game for some time now and of course I don´t take the T3 without AAS assistance. You go walking, if you like it, but don´t suggest crap like that to a serious BB.
 
I was using T-3 my last cycle for 7 weeks I was up too 100mcg a day.Tapered up slowly and tapered down even slower.I got great results which I've pretty much been able to maintain,The key is too make sure you taper off slowly.Also I was taking it all in one dose in the morning.

Sorry about that, it was'nt my intentions. I was just giving a suggestion by what you had written, not realizing your history in the game.
As far as the walking goes, anybody that I know who competes, including myself, we all swear by walking. I too am a serious BB.
 
Never mind, bro, you couldn´t have known I wasn´t a stupid newbie.
I do cardio, but walking seems a bit too lazy for me. I do intervall sprints or high power output cycling twice a week. It speeds up metabolism and gives lactate tolerance and the endurance to pull off a heavy squat session.


I´ll be bumbing the T3 dose up to 25mcg close to my contest, along with some ECA and Yohimbine I will shed every last gramm of fucking fat.

It is preferrable to take the 12.5 mcg in the morning on an EMPTY stomach, (it really dosen't matter when you take it as long as it is on an empty stomach)

You are 100% CORRECT about the low dose thing, it dose help to add muscle mass by speeding up protein synthesis, hence faster recovery and muscle building.

T-3 has a VERY long half-life, so if you wanted to, you could just take (1) 25mcg tab every other day which would be the same as taking 12.5 ed.

Thanks a lot, finally some valuable information. Do you think there´s any chance of 12.5 mcg fucking up my thyroid?
