I know the amount of gains lost varies greatly from person to person, but how long after the end of a cycle do you typically start to lose weight/mass?
For example, I did a six week test E cycle and gained twenty pounds. I am in week two of PCT and one month from my last test shot, when does the depreciation of my mass begin?

if pct was onpoint u should retain most ur gains, as long as u continue to eat ,train and sleep correctly.

u may lose 5 lbs and a lil strength

When will I start to lose it?

this is like askin how much u will gain off a certain cycle.. it will vary from person to person... it all depends on diet and PCT and training right now.. people can give u a general consensus of when u will loose a little but u just never know because everyones bodies act differently to compounds... u might loose 10 u might not loose any its all about the person.. i know guys who dont even use PCT and retain most of wut they have

ok maybe i should have asked anyone who has experience with a short test cycle and losing gains, how long after your cycle do YOU typically start to lose gains (if any)?

 ....
it will still vary by a lot... listen to the above advice...

With test-e didn't you only have like 2 or 3 weeks of "fun-time" on a 6 week cycle?? Seems kinda short for a long ester, unless there was some prop invovlved for the first 3 wks

I have been working out naturally for a little over ten years and this was my first cycle (test e, 500mg wk) so i am very in tune with my body and strength.
About three days after the first injection, I could feel the test in my system. The long ester may take a few weeks to bring your levels up to peak, but I could def tell it was there after just a few days. Not saying that I was twice as strong after the first week, but I did gain a solid twenty lbs in six weeks, and my strength increased overall by about twenty percent on most exercises.

I know it varies by alot, thats why my post stated:
"I know the amount of gains lost varies greatly from person to person, but how long after the end of a cycle do you typically start to lose weight/mass?"
I am not asking if I will lose, or how much will I lose, I am asking when do YOU typically start to see a loss of gains.
Dont you know how long after your cycle you see results start to diminish?

stop eating and lifting hit the suana once a day and you'll notice a difference in about week or two...

Oh, I stopped eating as soon as my cycle ended and i havent lifted weights since pct started.
Now should I run eight miles to the gym on an empty stomach, before I do my three hours of cardio or just jump straight into the sauna?

Actually, I firmly believe that after a month and not losing a single pound, I wont lose anything. Its everyone else that keeps telling me "just wait, you will start to lose gains". What i was hoping to accomplish was to find out when I can know if that is true. Is it something that usually happens gradually, like a pound at a time? Or will I step on a scale one day and start crying?

It wont all just disappear overnight. It you are not eating enough food to keep your current body weight up, you will start to lose weight, if you start to slack at the gym you will lose weight. It is all about PCT and diet after cycle to keep you where you are at. Plus it would also depend on where you bodys natural genetic limit is, if you have surpassed that then chances are higher that you will lose gains, if you have not reached your genetic limit you may not lose anything as long as you keep up diet and training.

I see what ur saying and it's extremely hard to tell.. If you keep everything the same as when u were on you actually should continue to grow a long while after it's when u let diet go to shit and when u let ur workouts suffer. So it's safe to say if all else is on point then check the scales around the holidays and see what happens... But as i always say it's not what you weigh but how you look. I'm at the point in my life when i can swing 5-10 pounds over a weekend or a few days and appear to have not lost a pound when in reality i loose water and my skin gets tighter and i appear more vascular thus looking bigger when i'm actually leaner. Go by the mirror

so basically there is no law that says, if everything is in proper order (pct, diet, workout) you will still lose some of your gains when you come off.
thank you viper
