This ia a great ?. I just took my first sust 250 last night. Been training for 9 years, hard and heavy (just won a show 4 weeks ago, I was the only all natural in the show) I am 5'9" and 185lbs. Today I was squatting, had a personal record of 435lbs, textbook form for a single rep and I did'nt tear the shit out of myself. I suprised myself and others around.
Mabey it was mental, mabey it worked! Whatever the reason I left the gym a happy camper.
(I hav'nt even been under 400lbs in over 2 years. My usual is 315)
