When Does Anavar Start To Work It's Magic??

........I'm just wanting to know so I know when to begin my cycle. I've never ran an anavar cycle before, and I plan on running it at 40mg for 8-10 wks. I want to use it to help me maintain my muscle while I lose some bf for the summer. Right now I'm 6ft 218lbs with about 14%bf. I want to get my bf% down to around 8% by the end of June. When should I start dieting down?? And when should I start taking the var( or should I begin doing both at the same time to help keep my muscle)? Right now I'm just eating everything in site (clean foods though) in hopes of getting as big as I can before I start to cut.
 
'up' feeling: 1-2 hours after first ingestion
noticeable strength gains: 4-5 days
fat loss: depends on diet, but by second week should be quite noticeable
hardness/pumps: almost immediate
LBM gain: second week onwards

Since you're running a good dose for a lengthy period, I'd suggest going the easy route and not dieting until you are on. Var will suppress your appetite and make it very easy to stay on track for max fat loss. Just do the high protein low/mod carb thing and watch the fat disappear.

I don't think you need to go any longer than 6-8 weeks on a 40mg ED var cycle.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. Since I've worked so hard this season to bulk up and get stronger, I would hate to lose all my muscle(or any muscle for that matter) by dieting down. I also lose bf pretty quickly by dieting and cardio.
 
Im just starting a course of anavar, im about 210 pound 15 ana half stone in English lol. Im off to Ibiza september an i just want to loose the inch or so of fat round my belly as i have enough muscle already but that last bit dont wana leave me. Im doing 40ml a day wasnt sure if im taking the right thing, i did a short course of dbol didnt rate it much could have bn duds. im in the gym every day for about an hour an i cycle six miles a day is that enough, dont think ive got the nrg to do ant more !
