Do you mostly use it when you feel your nips becoming itchy?

I used 10mgs ed at the beggining last cycle because i already have a little bit of gyno but if you don't have it then i would wait for symptoms before you start using it.

Yes 20mg ED, and also it can be thrown in and use as post cycle recovery.

Until symptoms subside. Then use half dose for another week or 2. I use nolva mostly for PCT.
