When do you start bulking diet after 1st injection ?

Just wondering when do most of you start you're dieting ? Started taking deca & sust this past Friday.Should I start diet at the 1st injection or is alright to wait a week or two ? Thanks

you should have your diet down pack by now...should let ur body get use to all that food coming into your body before doing the cycle
