When do i take my clen

I have AG liquid and read some on here about it, but dont know when to take it or when i eat with eat. Can i take it in some juice or some drink or shake. thanks chris

okay from what ive read i should be what it says in the faq section and take 20, then 40 and so on and taper off . Then ECA for 2 weeks.
I wake up at 10 central and eat around 11. Should i take it when i wake up. I lift around 5:30 and do cardio 3 days a week at same time.
Also where do i get tablets seems cheaper and better
