When do I start my next cycle?

I just finished up a 8 week sus/winny cycle and am 2 weeks into pct. I was wondering how long you guys think I should wait before I start again.

I was also wondering what AS you guys would reccomend. I really liked the winny (strength and hardness) but I started shedding hair and my bp was through the roof. This will be my second cycle. I am 26 years old 5/10 187 and am currently at about 8.5 % BF.

Plus before u do another cycle i suggest u do a bit more research... 8 weeks of sus is not enough (atleast 12 weeks)

wait 12 weeks to be safe.

run some test cyp/eq and dbol to start -- run it for 12 wks and the dbol for 4-5
