When do I need to start taking clomid

I just finished a 8 week cycle:
600 mg Enantat/week
400 mg EQ/week
Not the best cycle, but it was all I could get my hands on.
When is the ideal time for me to start taking
clomid?

You say 3 weeks after last shot.. That's the rule of thumb.

Now, what if I take
1000mg of Enathate/week and
700mg of EQ/week

Now would that still be 3 weeks ?

There are guys here that no matter what the dosages will always say 3 weeks, neglecting the fact that the dosage does play a major rule.. I am wondering what would be the best time to start clomid based on 1000mg of enthate and 700eq a week.
