when can i give non-grey karma??

it says i have some positive karma, is it still grey when i give to someone?

I think you need to have 50 or more karma points.

In the thing I read about karma the other day, it said 100 post.

I found this "Once you have a minimum of 100 posts, you get 10 Karmic points and the Karma clicks you give out begin to count. This keeps people from joining with aliases just to give out negative Karma."

Click the "What is karma?" link in the window that pops up after clicking the karma button. It answered most my questions.
