To lose about 3%bf, pull at least a 3.0 next semester, and to get a fucking job. That is all going to be very difficult seeings how I will be taking 17 hours in the Spring.
Mine is to re-focus my training. I plan to start running sprints for cardio 2 nights a week, boxing one night a week, get my diet and supplementation down to an art, and lift more weight than I ever have!
My 3rd quest has begun and I will succeed. When I get there I will post my results. This is a quest more than a resolution but it fits into the category of change. Therefore, it is now a resolution. Comprende'?
