I don't have my HR monitor on right now......but Monday my BP was measured at 110/60

It was 81 the other night , playing scrabble. It's around 90 - 105 at work. It gets up to 160 doing cardio.

My resting hear rate was 56 last time checked by the doc. But I do cardio 6 days a week. Balls out!

Right now it's 60 BPM. Just sat down after cleaning up a bit tho so I assume it's lower at rest.
