What's wrong with the post order on this board?

Why are posts on threads out of order? People are using the quote feature for quotes that haven't yet appeared? I get confused trying to follow threads.

They run this baby behind a load balancer and prolly an httpd proxy to help spread the load.

Now each server running this has it's own time, so when you start a thread and submit it to a server that is slow, and I reply and my submission gets handled by a server with a faster time...my post goes on top.
