What's wrong with my gear (pics) HELP

I started to use NPP (nandrolone phenyl propionate).I have couple 5ml vials of Nubol 200mg/ml.
Well, the problem is the substance was clear in the beginning and after 2 times after I draw 1ml from vial the gear start looking foggy.I can see couple small flakes inside the vial its looks kind of crusty.And I only use syringes and needles once so sterility is not a problem
What's up with that?
I don't really want to dump it.WTF?

Vial itself is not crashed or broken.

The gear crashed. Meaning the compound fell out of the solution (oil). try putting it in the oven at 250 degrees for 30-45 minutes, make sure to stick a pin through the top rubber to let it vent or it will explode in your oven.

I boil water in the microwave and sit the jug in it with a needle in the top to release pressure.

Thanks,thanks it helped.I did boil a water and put vial with the needle like you told me.
2 more questions why did it happen? and gear is still good after heating and does it loosing its potency after reheating multiple times?

Im sure heating it may make it lose some potency but its either that or get new gear, up to you. I dont know why it happened, ive personally never had that happen to me, but my buddy who uses the same gear as me always has cloudy gear like in your picture. it might be how you store it. make sure to keep it in a cool dark dry place. thats all i can say and it has worked for me.
