A serious answer.. if you don't want to see a doctor, I would lay on my side, and pour some hydrogen peroxide in your "infected" ear.. I used to get these all the time as a kid, and thats what my grandma did to me... just pour it in.. you will hear it buble.. ALOT... wait for it to slow, tilt head to pour it out.. repeat untill bubbling is very very minimal.

If you want cheap antibiotics, buy some at the fish store. Broad spectrum of course. Risky? Possible but so is seeing a doctor. There are plenty of hugely terrible doctors so I don't augment their business.
