What's wrong with me...?

Alright.. in September I started a bulking diet... and granted i didn't slowly adjust my body to it.. i just started on it... i still got pretty good results.. I went from 152 lbs and peaked at 176 lbs...(ya fat was involved) then after that... which was about a month later (mid-end october).. up until now.. I haven't been able to eat as much... when i first started the diet I could eat and eat.. but now.. I can't eat anything... I can but not nearly as much as before or as much as I want to.. I want to start another bulking diet now because i'm down to 167.. i lost alot of the fat i put on.. but I can't increase my weight because my body just won't let me eat... I get really hungry after about 2-3 hrs with no food.. but then when i eat.. I can't finish half of my meal.. If i try to force it down I nearly throw up and I have to stop.. I don't get pains in my stomach or anything.. I just can't eat.. it's almost like my body finally realized what had happened and shut me down and is only letting me eat how much it needs... All I'm taking for supplements is creatine and glutamine... and NLarge2 for a weightgainer... Even towards the end of December I stopped working out and just went back to my normal eating habits and lifestyle during the school break hoping something might change.. but here I am.. stuck.

Anyone know what I can do so I can eat like I used to.. or at least normally again?

Thanks ALOT in advance..

im 20 and I eat like a horse. I found that while bulking, spacing out my meals really accelerated my metabolism and in the end makes u hungrier more often. I also am guilty of eating some HUGE meals... like when i go home to visit parents and go out to nice places... i eat ridiculous amounts of food. It's actually a problem now on my ckd, I'm trying to consume my recommended daily cals.. but I want MORE and MORE :D

This is not a permanent solution but You can eat as much as you can,And then drink the rest. NEVER drink the shake BEFORE the meal of course.

OH, and maybe you`re overtraining I think that would cause lack of appetite.

Thx for the replies...

As for spacing meals.. they were spaced equally as I could over the day... about every 3 hours or so.. sometimes a bit longer depending on classes.. and overtraining.. I don't think I have been.. I only went 4 times a week and was only there for 1 hr... 1hr 1/2 max.. and yesterday was the first time I had gone in a month... But shakes.. I find those very easy to drink... even for breakfast now.. I feel really full when I'm done eating but can easily down a shake after it.. maybe it's a problem with solid foods.. I have no clue..

I'm baffled by this... :bawling:

There is a hormone in your body that triggors the signal for your brain to tell your you're full, and the only way to trick that hormone is to eat extremely HI-GI meals w/o fat so your insulin spikes. I've had a few trainees that experience this problem (which is basically a failsafe mechanism in our body). Thus, after a meal they would wait 1 hr and drink 40g dextrose w/ 3tbsp. honey mixed in and some crytal light for flavor w/ 4 caps of Vit B-12. They usually got so hungry that they finished two meals, and it worked out great for them in the end, so you can give it a shot.
