Some of them are good. Just like most things. If oyu stack the right stuff together you can get some good gains. Nothing like the real thing. But you can get gains from some of them. Side efffects that bullshiat. There are side effects to most everything. I used a m1t and 4-ad with creatine and glutamine. Got some good results off of it. Wife's friend owns a sup store so it was all free. So I thought what the hell. I'll give it a try. That was two years ago. There is some better stuff now.
bump for this question. i always read and thought they were shit too with the same sides as AAS but not even 1/2 as effective but my boy did m1t for 6 weeks and it totally looked like he was juicing. he was bloated but really big and pumped. so what really is the deal with them?
There are many prosteroids that are currently legal that can and do result in gains. The only question on a lot of them is in regards to sides and long term effects as there is little if any long term info on them. here are some links to other threads

M1T is fucking potent. Anyone that wants to rag on it has never used it nor understands just how close to real thing 1-T is. Methylated 1-T can be compared to methylfuckingtestosterone.

about a year ago i did 1-tu and 4ad. clearly gains, but i was tired all the time, and id rather do it natural if i was just going to get a little more gains imo.
