just wanted to get you guys insight on this confusion about digestion rules by franco columbo. i truely believe that digestion plays a major role in muscle gains. franco states that you should not eat your proteins with your carbs because of the different enzymes that attack each. if you do, you are wasting vital nutrients, he claims. do any of you know anything about this. fuck i like mixing my food up. if he is right, do you wait alittle time before eating the latter.maybe this book is outdated. thanks
