whats the minimum amount of tren E needed

100 mg e e3d ideal for someone new to tren. U need to drink a lot of water. Milk thistle and cranberry extract is also a good idea. Remember: No nolva! Do very small amounts of femera or dostinex instead.

Secondly, if it is your first time using Trenny, you should opt for the Acetate variant, as it is quicker acting, therefore if you show side effects you cant handle, you can stop and have it out of your system far quicker.

You will also need to run other drugs with it to control progesterone side effects, such as winny, keep femara handy incase of progesterone gyno, possible anti-lact drugs also.

You should read Vascular Freaks tren handbook, because if you are seriously considering using this medicine, it is best to do it properly and cycle as per the tren handbook for max gains, and minimal issues.

I dont really need a study. I have personally felt this on my own body. On my first tren cycle i started running nolva. Puffy nipples and a small lump within days. After getting advice I stopped the nolva and it subsided. Later it resurfaced but then i was prepared so i ran letro and it disappeared for good. A study would be nice but until one is presented the experience of the guys here will have to do. I'm pretty sure others beside myself have had this experience.
I'd like Nelson or AR or somebody to chime in on this...
