Whats the max time you'd run this cycle?

100mg Test Prop/EOD
100mg Primo/EOD

Been on it now for about 6 weeks and I'm in love...LOL
 
Gains so far are hard lean mass....dieiting with lots of cardio (10+ hours/week) and the muscle retention (and additon of LBM) is phenomenal.

would love to stay on this for WHILE....
 
Have plenty of Primo and plenty of Prop too just in case I *wanted* to run it for a while :p

JG1, Your doing something more or less something that I am planning on doing as well.. Please update on your progress. Don't you loose any LBM with so much cardio ?
On my last cutting diet (I wasn't using any juice) I was doing about 5 hours of cardio a week and going down to 1500-2000 cals a day. Got down to 9% BF, looked quite ripped but lost a bouch of muscles.

How much did you loose so far? ?? Details details bro.

Been dieting for 4 months.

5'7" 218lbs 20% BF at the start
198lbs 7% as of now

No muscle loss at all with this amount of cardio...in fact I'm thicker and stronger now. 60 minutes morning cardio 7 days week, three 60 minute evening sessions on my non-training days.
 
I'd run it until it quit working for me, then i'd switch to something else...
 
heck if you got enough i'd run it for 3 months/or at least until your gains stop. make sure to take pics, you''ll be a different person.
 
I have to say, this is the FIRST time that I ran a cycle that I've felt FANTASTIC. I mean, I feel so healthy right now. In the past I'd have headaches from high BP, insomnia, sometimes side pains...just didn't feel good from the gear.

I feel so good on the primo/test I'd really like to run it a WHILE :). Even if I have to lower the test dose a little to maybe 75mg/EOD.
 
The longest I've run Primo is 14 weeks. If I could have found more the time I probably would have run it longer. Gotta love primo.

You state that you are dieting for 16 weeks, but you also state that you are on the Primo cycle for 6 weeks in. So were you taking anything before the Primo? What about the 10 weeks prior to this current cycle???

BTW: How many calories did you eat?
 
No, started on gear aroud the 9-10 week mark.

Eating around BW x 10-12...depending on whether or not it's a training or non-training day.
 
Not to quote the Governor of California,but he was quoted to say getting a pump is like cumming and we all know his favorite was D-Bol & Primo so all I can say is keep going till you become Governor, he is no worse for wear , hope I look that good when I am his age

run it until you cut the cardio back a little, I would never do that much cardio without running any gear. I know you want to keep going heavy with the cardio for another 4 weeks, so run the cycle another 6 weeks. Cut the cardio back slowly, take out the night sessions the first 2 weeks, then cut it back to maybe just 4 days/week in the morning.
