If you don't have a prescription for them, they are contraband just like if a cop found a water bong in your car. If you don't have some tobacco to go with it you will get slapped with a charge. Same here, if your doctor isn't prescribing you something injectable then you will get a fine. You probably won't get in much trouble but they will be watching to see what you are injecting (juice, cocain, heroin, meth). Just don't keep them in yor car or carry them around with you and you will be fine.

I usually buy and insulin needle safe bottle and chuck it in the dumpster when i'm done.

If a cop finds a water bong that has never been used for weed or any other kind of drug he cant do shit, because it's just a creatively shaped pipe - until it's used... That's why all the stores you buy them at can sell them without worrying about it - perfectly legally...

Thats bullshit...I got pulled over and had my entire car searched because two clowns that I picked up thought it would funny to smoke a blunt in front of a store that I picked them up at, needless to say two pinz were in my car and not a word was said about them, they cant say do anything because there not illegal. end of storey!

I suppose if you get caught with one of those pill carrying containers with M-F on them you'll go to jail if you don't have a perscription for something to put in them too? Or you have an empty mason jar they could assume you're going to put moonshine it it? Same thing, there's not a damn thing they can do to you. Hell you don't even have to go to a pharmacy, just go to a TSC or farm & fleet. But, like someone said previously, if you've got a ton of them, they may start watching you. Just my $.02
