Whats the difference between Yohimbe HCL and...

yohimbe you buy over the counter. The ingredients on my yohimbe bottle says "Yohimbe bark extracts...standardized for x amount of yohimbe alkaloids."

Can i break open these capsules and apply this shit topically, similiar to yohimburn?

No.. while yohimbe does contain yohimbine (rarely more than 2-3% by volume) it is TOTALLY unsuitable for topical use... It is ok orally though you will get MORE side effects with yohimbe (as opposed to oral yohimbine) due to the fact that it contains many OTHER ALKALOIDS that cause CNS "problems" including but not limited to arrythmia.. last but not least many people are allergic to the constituents of yohimbe bark.
