what do most of you use as your nutrient ratio when bulking? and cutting?
I'm bulking right now using a 50:30:20 carb, pro, fat, thinking of bumping my protein intake and ratio up some more, what do you think? thanks

For bulking you can use: 40%protein/40%carbs/10% fat (if you're scared of fat intake) and you can use 50%p/20%c/30%f for cutting. It all varies, but these ratios are pretty effective.
