Whats the best diet that you've done yourself, just wondering need some ideas...

My favorite diet was the peanut butter and protein shake diet with some prop, anavar, and tren. Gained a few lbs and had a sick body composition change.

But if I remember, you wanted to bulk, so I hope you aren't asking what diet is best for you...

Well i mean what should i eat while im takin...jsut keep the calories and protein high or what...im just wondering what most people did...yea i do want to bulk thats my goal atleast. Ive heard so many diffrent things on what to eat and what not to while on i just figured id get the correct info before i got in to deep ya know,

Go to the diet forum bro, plenty of good info ALL about diets, etc if you take the time to read the threads

Anyone remember that diet that Radar posted with 5K cals and super clean?

If they do post a link to it, I think that would get this cat started in the right direction!
