What's the best AS to avoid overtraining ?

What' the best AS to avoid overtraining, speed up recovery time, and give constant energy ?
I want to train more.
I think I've a good diet (proteins, multivitamins, flaxseed oil, milk thistle, no alcohol and enough sleep) but I can't recover as quickly as I was younger (I'm 35).

I think any type of AS will help you recover faster.

But I don't think just because your on AS that you have the green light to overtrain. When I'm on cycle I don't really train any longer or more frequent than when I am off. I just train with more intensity and heavier.

Remember, overtraining = no gains.
We only grow when we are resting & recovering. :)
 
Listen to Pitbull. Also, lots of AS will give you killer pumps, and that in and of itself will hinder your endurance. Sometimes just standing or walking I will get a pump in my lower back and I will have to sit down.

I know some people take dbol around their workouts to enhance their intensity and recuperation.
