1AD is more effective. even at a moderate 600mg a day.

I've never tried 1-ad, but plan to based on what i've read here. i have used the androspray and like it a lot. i've used it between gear cycles and retained most of my gains...i think the topicals work well for those of us who are over 30...

I don't think either are good. I don't believe in andro, and i have not experienced anything positive from it. Another point to consider, andro can help you grow some tits.

I have tried both of these products and in my case the ANDRO Spray was a total waste. On the otherhand, the 1-AD works for me and I've just ordered it again for my upcoming 2nd cycle.
