Is there a website some where that shows how good some supplements work? I would ask people on here, but that would create a long string of questions because i was just gonna go check out stuff mostly for when i plateau. Such as no-explode, how well does it work by itself and how well does it work with creatine?
 
This isn't exactly responsive to your question, but I'll just throw out that supps are a distant third to a quality diet and training regimen. Without those, your throwing money away hoping for supps to make a difference. They maybe count for 5% of your gains IF YOU'RE LUCKY.
 
There isn't one specific website that will display what you are looking for. You need to do the footwork yourself.

And, bottom line, supp. companies are out to make a profit, so any studies they do aren't worth shit.

Yeah i know my diet as of right now is as good as i can get it and i dont need anything at the moment, but in the future i will. Thanks for the replies!! and does anyone know about no-explode?

I think of supplements as overpriced, pre-prepared food heavily advertised and endorsed. Ever pick up a muscle mag? They are all ads.

Certain brands are superior in their processing. That's about it.

After that, read the labels and see what it really is and why you aren't getting it from your diet.

I do think that whey, creatine and multi-vits are valuable because of their concentration.

The worse are the imitation "steroids". Oh yes...I know that some give "results" to some people. Get the real thing please.
