Outback is the Best chain rest. The 14ounce special w/veg and sweet potato is the best.
Tonight, I had my post w/o shake at 7:30. At, 8:30 a can a tuna and black beans mixed together and 2 small bananas. At, 10:30 a lean mass matrix shake. (40P/40C)
At 1am protien shake1/3 cup oats and broccoli.
u wouldn't believe it but i just got back from south koorea on busness, and they had dam outback out there. eating kimchee and fucking rice for a week, that dam half a cow i ate never tasted so good. Neither did the cold Sam Adams. i love that place now just for that reason
