I'm going to cooking class with my mom tonight, though - our last before her surgery - and we'll be making a Chinese-spiced braised chicken with star anise, cold sesame peanut noodles, and Asian pears poached in ginger-maple syrup.
Were going to the Hereford Steakhouse, I dont feel like cooking tonight. Probably will have the usual, 32 oz porterhouse and numerous rum and cokes. Some of you will be relieved that I may not make it on here tonight.
