Common prescription medication such as Cialis is available over the counter at the local pharmacies such as Mercury and Watsons. The other item(s) you are referring to are not readily available through the pharmacies.

The pharmacies I visted in Angeles ( Manila may be a different story ) were very poorly stocked, no AS at all, meds such as generic antibiotics were 3 times the prices in Thailand ( odd as everything else is cheaper ).

However items like generic Viagra and Cialis were readily available from street vendors and inside go-go bars.
