what would you recommend?

i hope this post isnt out of place or for any other reasons it is then delete it

im 20 years old i work as a landscape gardener i cycle to work and back 2x a day (about 5 miles) and the job is pretty demanding however i would like to build myself up a little as this would help at work i could maybee do some gym work after work but i feel i already do a lot of physical excercise at work and usually im too tired to do anything when i come home. can anyone recommend the path to take , if there is one? i once tried eating extra (tins of tuna , egg whites etc) and going to the gym for a month before i had the gardening job and i just seem to burn it all off and get no where. so im looking at using supplements like this MAG10 etc.. any help appreciated.

age: 20
weight : 10 1/2 stone
Diet : healthy foods.
Goals : to build myself up a bit.
 
i wouild first look at your diet. I know it is difficult to workout after work (a lot of ppl feel tired) but you probably arent eatting nearly enough to put on any muscle. You might actually be losing muscle if you went strait to the gym !
Check the diet board and figure out you macro nutrient ratios for your age/weight/goals.
ALSO dont do supplements, they are just weak forms of AAS.

Trust me, once diet and training are in place everything else comes together seamlessly!
