If you were 6'2....180....5-6%.........don't wanna lose the "6-pack" for a month or two but want to gain some solid strentgth and size.....slowly.......no bloat.......and had:

2 bottles of t400
50cc QV Eq
20cc of sus 250
20cc of winny
5cc of deca
10cc of test prop.

Obviously, won't use it all, just my left over grab bag.....much karma for the best idea or stack and diet......

BTW - will be 6th cycle....winter '01 I was 255, a chunky (18%)....got wayyyy too skinny, and need some size......
 
500mg/test/week
300mg/eq/week
50mg/winny/eod

diet: 2g protein/lb/bodyweight, keep carbs down to about 1g/lb/bodyweight, fats LOW, only healthy ones (from fish)

will need arimidex or femera to control the bloating though
 
winstrol@50mgs/day for 8 weeks
Equipoise@400mgs/week for 10 weeks

Keep carbs/sugars limited,and protein intake high and consistent.Fats should be low to moderate,and of the 'healthy' variety(avoid saturated fats).
 
You stated you,"wanted to maintain your 6 pack".Carbs are the primary culprit for smoothing one out.If overall goal is just to pack on size and you don't really care about smoothing out some,then go ahead and consume ample carbs.
 
you think i'll lose my cuts with the test? do you think you can eat more on gear without fear of losing cuts?
