What would YOU do?

If you were 6'2....180....5-6%.........don't wanna lose the "6-pack" for a month or two but want to gain some solid strentgth and size.....slowly.......no bloat.......and had:

2 bottles of t400
50cc QV Eq
20cc of sus 250
20cc of winny
5cc of deca
10cc of test prop.

Obviously, won't use it all, just my left over grab bag.....much karma for the best idea or stack and diet......

BTW - will be 6th cycle....winter '01 I was 255, a chunky (18%)....got wayyyy too skinny, and need some size......
 
Obviously, it looks like you're diet is going well for you if you are able to maintain that low of a bf%. You could possibly increase your complex carb intake to up the calories w/o putting on much bf at all, but maybe some extra size. Protein intake should be high also. With the gear you have I think I'd do this:

Frontload the Deca. Start w/ the Test Prop. until gone to get that flowing. After this starts kicking in I would run the a cc of Sus EOD along with a cc of EQ EOD. Adding a cc of Winny EOD a little further into it or more towards the end. I might even throw in an anti-E to make sure you don't hold much water and stay harder looking.
