i'm kind of stuck in bodybuilding pergatory.
i been back in the gym for about 4-5 months after a couple of years hiatus due to work, stress, etc. i had some extra bodyfat from the start, more than i'm used to, but i lost alot of size so my focus was on bulking.
well, i got some of my size back just through eating well and lifting hard again...but not nearly enough compared to where i used to be. my bodyfat is tinkering on the high side (mid, almost high teens now), but then again there's not as much muscle as there used to be.
i want to run a cycle, my first in 3 years...but haven't decided on the purpose of it yet and how i'm going to structure my diet.i keep flip flopping. Either way i would run tren/prop....nothing that's going to make me hold water
should i run a cutter and just get really lean, albeit small, or should i try to bulk and eat clean? I have a feeling any compound i run right now will blow me up because my body was used to having alot more size for years..
I was thinking of just cutting naturally, but i'm afraid the muscle i did gain back so far is going to completely disappear without any anabolics. anytime i've cut without gear i seem to lose a fair amount of muscle
i feel like i'm skinny fat right now lol... not that bad but you can get the idea
