If the downward spiral continues, the conditions would be quite ripe for a third party candidacy. Perhaps Frack will become the mouth and face of the Libetarian party? He is a little young though. He knows nutrition, roids, and all about the "green men". Not a bad start.

I agree that tort reform is an absolute top priority....along with tax reform in my opinion. They never talk about it though.
