30% Whey protein
40% maltodextrin
10% creatine
5% glutamine peptids
5% BCAA's
10% taurine
vitamins/minerals


trying to make a good drink for during workouts. I wake up at 5 and go right to the gym (damn I'm hardcore) so no time to eat and digest. thoughts? it would be better if I knew the friggin grams btw.

What is maltodextrin? I would go 10% glutamine and 5% taurine.

-quit being a pussy, wake up early and down a bowl of oatmeal and a couple hard boiled eggs - down like 32oz water too - i bet you are dehydrated as fuck in the morning cause I know I am
-drink gatorade during... (get 32oz bottle and alternate water/gatorade)
-down your creatine/glut right after with the rest of your gatorade...
-and then hit 50-60g whey protein mixed with 16oz half and half plus 16oz milk and some chocolate quick powder (best shake you will ever have)

then go eat breakfast

lol - you cock. it's not a matter of being a pussy, it's a matter of working from 7:30am-7pm, getting home, attempting to have a few minutes to my fucking self (masturbation), and not having to wake up at 4 to eat before lifting. but some good suggestions.

I have it down where I can down 2 servings of oatmeal and 2-3 eggs with 32oz of wate 30 minutes before my first set...

it is a little rough but you will get used to it....

and that early in the day you can handle the extra cals from the half and half...

that shit makes the best pw shake ever bro.... :p
 
I would buy the ingredients separately and mix them together if I wanted to make something like that

dextrose $11 for 10 lbs. at some sites

I did my first ever morning workout today. I woke up at 4:30 AM, chugged some oats, protein and creatine and was at the gym by 5:00 AM. Had a pretty awesome workout too, not many people lifting at that time so most equipment was open.

Wake up, ECA stack next to your alarm clock and take that first, oatmeal with water, don`t even bother warming it in the microwave, and a good whey shake.

Good to go, I down oatmeal in water in 1 minute and 17 seconds.

I know oatmeal has been answered before. I`m just agreeing with everyone.
