What to use?

Hi,
I'm new here, my name is Andrea.
I want to get my body into shape, currently I'm quite chubby, but not fat. I love the muscular lean look of lightweight female bodybuilders.

I have started eating properly for the last few months, and walking/jogging 2 miles every morning before work.

I don't really want to lift weights, but have started swimming recently.

I'm looking to combine some serious swimming (as many laps as I can manage a day, swimming as hard/fast as possible) and bring in some AS to increase the time I can go for.

I mostly want to get my arms, and thigh area much more muscular, and reduce my breast fat as much as possible. I am currently a 34D, and I would love, more than anything, to get them down to an A or small B cup. I'm hoping (from my research) that the AS will also assist with this breast fat reduction significantly, since so far, my exercise alone has not caused any loss of fat in my breast or thigh area.

Which AS should I start with, to get these results? and what dose?

Also have any other women here had any good success with losing breast fat? I know I can't be the only one with this goal. :)

I wouldn't advise a guy who has been working out for less then a few years to start taking AAS, so I DEFINITELY wouldn't advise a girl who has only been working out a few months to start.
Stick with the cardio and exercise for at least the next year. I know u don't want to do weight training, but you'll be surprised how much faster you'll burn fat when you increase ur lean muscle mass.
Throw in an OTC fat burner like T-Rex along with a solid diet and you'll get there.
I know this isn't the answer u were looking for, but it's the only one I can give.

AS?? Women should just stay clear from putting anything that produces testosterone into their bodies. If you're going to do them regardless, at least wait until your genetic potential is fully met (when you can no longer achieve your gains, after trying different diets, routines, etc.) Not really sure about women but some men can lift for years before hitting their natural abilities (not me though, I'm a cheater :)). How old are you?
 
I'm 24... I think I have that problem of being a "cheater" too... I'd rather get results *now* u know...

I've also read aLOT about what could be considered good points of testosterone in my body (good points as far as I'm concerned...) ie. increase in libido and clitoris growth... which is why I'm keen to investigate :)

You're going to have to lift weights to achieve your goals. A common misconception among women is if you start lifting weights you're going to get big and bulky. Without the use of certain AAS, this isn't possible for women. What you will get, is a stronger, toner, leaner look. Increased muscle also means increased metabolism, so you will burn more fat.

As you lose body fat, your breast size will decrease. With your current swimming/running regimen, if you eat right and add a light weight routine, you should see results relatively quickly.
 
Umm.. you say you want clitoral growth? Hmmm. Lets think about this. Have you ever seen what a woman with "clitoral growth" looks like down there? I mean it is like a baby's penis. It looks disgusting. Definately not what you want. Bump up the cardio, start hitting the weights (will burn fat faster), and keep a strict diet. I'm a PT too, so I do know a little--although not too much as far as AAS goes.

agreed. start weight training a few times a week. dont worry, you will not become more bulky while lifting, do u know how hard it is for a guy to gain naturally .. now like about a woman with about 1/20 of the amount of testosterone.. dont worry about it. its all good with the steel :)

Each time you go to the gym, hit the weights first for 30-40min and then do cardio for the same time period afterwards. This will increase muscle mass and burn fat after your blood sugar levels have dropped. AAS might not be the best choice for what you want but I would recommend Clenbuterol and maybe some T4 (if you can get it). If you are determined to use steroids, primobolan at a low dose would be good combined with clen.
 
my Suggestions:

non ROIDS -> ECA stack...

JUICE -> CLEN is good... not realy necessary to stack... i do it with VAR... but by what you're saying, VAR's not for you...

and you might want to tighten those glutes and abs... hit the gym 2-3 times a week... do light weights... nothing serious... but as stated previously... it will DEFINATELY help

At this point, you will get results much faster then you think with proper diet, weight training and cardio :) Start there.
