OK. I have been working out for almost 10 years on and off.. and about 5 yrs seriously. Here are my stats:
5'9
162-168lbs
bf 10-12%
28 yrs old
My abs and arm are not as ripped as I would like... when I am doing my sets.. they look ripped... but not when they are relaxed. I have been working on showing my abs.. doing cardio 25-30 min 3x per week. Plus 4 days heavy lifting... blah.. blah blah..
Anyways.. I don't want to lose any weight.. perhaps gain 5-10 pounds.. and just rip up.
I was thinking Deca-Durabolin. I was reading up on it in Anabolic Insider.. I have been reading up on EF for about a month now.. and am ready to make the leap to Gear.
