what to take?

i'm only 19 and i really want to take somthing like PHERA PLEX or SUPERDROL but everywere i look it says NOT TO TAKE UNTILL 21 is there anything i can take? or if i was to take PHERA PLEX at maybe 1/2 pills a day and take nolva for pct what would the damge be like? from best to worst

C'mon. 19? Even 21... Why the hell do you want to do that?

What are you stats?
 
i found i grew alot between 19-22 not so much in height but just in shape

just wait!! everyone your age has a shit diet so all you would have to do is eat properly and train and you would be bigger than most in your circle

about 17%bf no idea though
want some allrite gains whilst losing some weight
looking to tone chest and up bi's and tri's and legs

Somebody chime in if you feel that I am wrong but significant gains while cutting are a myth. If you are carrying 17% body fat at 19 then your diet probably sucks. Sorry if that sounds abrasive but you need to look into that first. How much do you weigh? How tall are you?

I agree with you 100 %. Just focus on your diet, training and rest. At this age you should be able to make great gains without AAS.

If you would like to try some supplements to help you, go with: Creatine, NO2 and ECA
 
get it done at your gym. There is several ways of doing it but some are more acurate then others. I got mine done last week. 7 point calliper check.
 
ok... ive now been pushed away for PH and SD...(for now)- what about stim X and seapure? would that be ok?ones a fat burner and ones a stimulant so wouldnt effect test and i dont supose you stats would define if these are ok to use?
