what to take with sust 250 or test E???

If I run a cycle of sust 250 or test E for a total of 12 weeks, should I be taking an anti-e like Nolvadex (say 20mg per day) throughout the cycle or just save it for PCT? Also, should I be running an AI throughout the cycle like Arimidex? If so, how much per day? What's the best AI to use?

I would use the Test E @ 500mg wk and 0.50mg Arimidex daily.
