what to take with clen?

in a post before somone answered a question i had but i cant find it...was there something you could take with clen to keep yourself healthier while using it?i cant find the thread on it if anyone knows what im talking about...

That seemed like alot to me also, I took two or three and it did the trick as far as stopping the cramps.

This is a good thread. I'm taking 5 g of Taurine right now and it seems to be plenty.

the only place i have local to me sells it in the capsules...300 for 15.00....so its allright...i ownt need them all anyway..but thanks
