Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Im sure this has been discussed before but what do you say to people, in the gym, when they ask you what your on?? My body responds very well to androgens and ive made a pretty drastic change in my appearance this past week(ive been on for 7 weeks), compared to week 6. To both the trained and untrained eye, its obvious that im on, but it f%ckin kills me when total strangers interrupts my training to accuse me. I would be more than happy to tell those ignorant f@cks to go to hell, but the problem is they are local detectives, and these guys arent the cleanest plates in the dishwasher,if you know what i mean. One of the assholes has gone so far as to call up a previous coworker of mine(who is actually friends with him) and tried to get him to set me up. Like im some kind of freakin drug dealer now. Im a full time student with a 40+ hr/week job, and the rest of my free time im spending getting ready for my first competition in april. All they see me as is some kind of low life juice head drug dealer. So how do you respond to such ignorance?? Im actually considering switching gyms in a month. I hate to let these idiots make me feel like i need to quit my current gym, but it is really an annoyance that i dont see going away ever. THese fat asses dont realize what kind of shit we put ourselves through, such as eating 8-9 times a day-reaching that 5000-6000 calorie mark of good clean food, busting our asses in the gym to the brink of passing out or puking, and then making sure we get 7-8 hrs of sleep every nite. And when one of these assholes stands there with a cocky ass grin and basically calls u a juice head, it makes you feel that every thing you put yourself through is all for not. But then again what the hell does these ignorant motherf$ckers know. Anyway im through ranting, let my know what your favorite answers to the forbidden question in the gym ettiquete handbook.

I just say that I wasnt into diet/rest before and ever since my big friends taught me about it I just blew up, LOL. Basically claim to have good genetics I didnt know about

most of the questions i get are from people that don't work out anyway, or know anything about training, so i just tell them i'm on some special creatine and glutamine. they usually just say "oh...ok, will that stuff work for me?" I tell them "probably not".

Yes, that was my point. These leaders take the hit...but millions upon millions are affected by what they have done. I am simply condoning that people help educate others on the facts of steroid use. Yeah, I was probably going over the line suggesting that he blatantly tell them, in fact I wasnt really serious. But education is what is gonna take this shit out of where it is today.

You guys can argue this one out all you want, knowing full well it doesn't matter b/c there will never be a day where joe public is cool with gear. Giambi, while I feel he is getting scapegoated, didn't take a stand for gear, he got caught when closed door testimony got leaked. He was being honest b/c he thought it would never see the light of day. Everything he's done after has been a function of riding the thing out. What's next comparisons of Canseco to Ghandi? Hopefully, one day someone in a position of respect and power will set the record straight, but even then it won't do any real good I'm afraid.

so what if you admit to using steroids, they can't legally bust you without evidence. You can say your the president - you can say anything you want - but as long as they don't have any evidence that you are selling it, using it, don't worry. Most people will just call you a cheater for using aas..so what..

There is a big difference about what Giambi and Conseco did. They openly admit that they did steroids in the past. If you tell the wrong person (a member of law enforcement or anyone that is working for them as a snitch) that you are currently using steroids, you are giving them an open invitation to get a search warrant for your home etc. Remember a fish usually dies by his own mouth.wesley90 said:

-tell me how many meals a day you have
-what do those meals consist of
-at what times do you eat them
-what does your routine look like
-how often do you change your split
-what supplements do you use
-what are your sleep patterns like
-what are you goals
* I usually finish by saying something like "So what you are telling me is that you come here (the gym) without a plan and without any education on how to improve your body?!!?? I really don't know where to begin"

No offense but you have no idea how the legal system works. If I go tell someone I have a dead body in my attic, the police have a right to search my house. No different for roids, but in most cases I'd say LE could give two shits about Joe Schmoe shooting up (unless they feel like being dicks that day)
