I was told that I'd put on maybe 7-10lbs of muscle from this cycle, but I've seen a number of posts here where people are gaining 15-20lbs off similar cycles. What should I realistically expect from this?
week 1-6 75mg fina eod
week 1-6 50mg winny ed (drink)
week 1-8 250mg sust/wk
week 1-6 12.5mcg t3 ed
600mg ala ed
clomid 3 weeks after last shot (300mg/1, 100mg/13, 50mg/7)
This is my second cycle (first one was a bulk cycle) and my stats and diet are as follows. I ended my bulk cycle eight weeks ago and during that time have focused on maintaining my caloric/protein intake. The last two weeks I started cutting my cals/fats/carbs and am now basically on a cutting diet:
