What to eat before lifting?

Do I modify my diet any for gym days? I usually eat an orange and raisin bran for breakfast followed by 2 pbjs 2 hours afterwards followed by a can of albacore tuna. Should I instead switch to mainly protein and eat 2 turkey sandwiches instead of pbj?
 
i like to have oatmeal mixed with some choc. whey, 1/2 a cup keeps me goin.

today i had 1/2 a tuna sandwich and 2 pieces toast w/natty pb, was hungry though during the w.o
 
I usually eat some waffles before I work out, but I always take an Amp with me, it's one of those energy drinks by Mountain Dew, it keeps me going great through my workout...
 
I like to have oatmeal before i train too! I usually have a scoop of whey with water along with my oatmeal.
