What to do

I just joined a gym again, its been like 5 years since i worked out. I got 15cc of test , 15cc of deca, and 20cc of winstrol, what would be the best way to stack it together. Any info would help, TY.undefinedundefined

I'm 29 , it been about 5 years since ive been to the gym. I weight 175. When i was 18 I went from 155 to 194 in about three months, all i ever really took was test cyponate 200 and a little bit of noranderen, like i said its been a while. I'm really tryin to get shaped up for the summer . I just joined anytime fitness ,so i just started, I go before work at 4:15 in the morning. not to serious on my work outs just yet. I'm in pretty good shape i guess. not fat for sure, but no 6 pac either.

whats you mg per ml amount of your AAS?

solid advice here. the shock from lifting after a long lay off will do you just fine for awhile.

I agree with this.

After a 5 year layoff you need to hit the gym hard for 12-18 months natty and build your base back up. People don't like hearing this but oh fucking well.
 
After a 5 year layoff you should definitely train natural to get your body used to lifting again... I don't want to sound like your mother, but get your lifting form down as well as possible first. After 5 years your stabilizers & nervous system may feel a bit "clumsy" for alot of the lifts. You don't wanna go in there with loads of new juice induced power but with sloppy form or else you are asking for an injury.
 
brovel hasnt been around in awhile,also work out natty for at least 3months, pref. 6

100% agree.
if you havent trained in 5 years it would be absurd to start hitting the juice right away, thats just unneccessary and stupid. train natty for a LONG while first, youll gain some muscle quick after 5 years off.
