What to do in a slump????

I'm sure everyone's had a slump over a period of time. I finished my last cycle 6 weeks ago and the last 2 weeks have been hell. No motivation, I feel like I'm lifting to not to make gains but just to maintain. Anyone else ever get in these---- any suggestions other than to put a tampon in and get a tissue. I took a few days off last week but I still feel like i'm in that dark hole.
 
Take a few days off, and then hit the gym hard after that... Concentrate on perfect form so you get an almost gear-like pump... It worked for me post cycle, a few times... Seems simplistic, but it works :)

Two Ripped Fuel, a quick 5 minute warm-up on the treadmill and PUSH YOURSELF.

When you feel like dropping the weight, that's when you know you need one more rep.
And go heavy!

few suggestions:

1: mp3 player while working out with some 2pac

2: stimulates (rather not suggest any by name because I care nothing for them)

3: think about your next cycle while workn out. and how everybody will looking at how you blew up

4: cardio with some fine ass bitchs :)
 
i'm in that mode too. Finished a cycle about 5 weeks ago and feel blah. I crashed pretty hard, but i'm on the upswing now. still no sex drive, low motivation....My advice to you is just give it time. Keep working out to maintain what you gained off your cycle and take some creatine/glutamine to keep the pumps going....that's about it.
