What to do about this???

Long story short.

Ordered domestic. When I sent the money, the package got bounced back to me. I e-mailed my guy, told him the situation and asked him to send new addy as he revolves them. This was on or about Dec 6. I received a very small portion of my order on Dec. 16th.

On the 25th, he sends a semi-nasty E-mail asking about his money. I send him a copy of the previous e-mail where I asked him about the new addy.

He replies and says it's cool, to send money for entire order. I told him I would pay for what I received and he got pissed. Swears he sent the balance of order in another package, but he has no tracking # to back it up.

What to do??

btw - by small portion of order - I mean about 1/3 of it.

Pay for what you got. (That's the right thing to do.)

If the rest of the stuff shows up, be a man and cough up the dough. If it doesn't, then don't.

Find new supplier.

There are many out there that would want your business.

Why doesn't the guy have a tracking #?

him not answering your email leads me to beleive the guy is a flamer/scammer

His money for what I got went out today.

This is a WELL KNOWN domestic and I have never had a problem with him b-4...believe me I will send the money on the rest if it gets here.

He's swears it's been sent, but w/o confirmation....He was a little pissed from the beginning, but he changed addys and didn't give me the current one until an e-mail on the 25th.
