Hey guys, need a little help. Ive been feeling all the symptoms of low test - anxiety, cant concentrate, no sex drive, not gaining muscle. I told my doc and he ordered a blood test for some normal stuff and also total test. The results came back and its 299. Just above the minimum range, but for 23 years old they are super low.

I have taken pro hormones since i was 17 and also about 3 actual cycles, all with pct except the last one. I got off around march last year. I never took crazy doses, 750mg test and 300mg tren for 10 weeks.

I am confused on what to do. I already have 2 kids so infertility is no problem lol. But from the cycles i have doen, did i do permanent damage? If i changed my diet and took test boosters, would it increase my test permanently or temporarily? I know i should probably vet other atuff checked too like LH, FSH, estrogwn, estradiol, etc. Thanks for any help guys

You need a full hormonal panel ran. Shbg, estradiol, total test, free test, igf-1, prolactin, ect ect. Can't really look for the prob without all that.
I have similar issues right now and am running 1000iu hcg 3x a week and clomid 25mg day. Take some hcgenerate for now and daa with some unleashed. That will get you goin. Try that for 8 weeks and run your bloods. 3 weeks after that run em again to see if they stabilize or drop. U ran cycles way too young. Might have fucked it up but won't know until you try diff things.

i tried testing for a bunch of stuff the first time and my doc said he would just do total test. Maybe now he will let me get a more detailed blood test of the stuff you mentioned to see where the problem really is. So how will i know if i fucked it up? Cus obviously the hcgenerate and daa and clomid will get my test levels up, but if they go right back down once i drop those, then im fucked?

If i had to stay on supps to keep my test up, then I guess HRT would be the better option.....at 23 thats fucked but i did a lot of cycles in the past without any knowledge. Good thing I already had 2 kids both boys

Yea, if it fails then I would say hrt and I'm not for hrt. I know ppl your age who are on hrt, but it's pinning forever. It's gonna be a process to find out for sure. Take 1000iu hcg 3x a week like I am and take unleashed for two mos. wait a few weeks and run em again. Then wait a few weeks and run em again. Look for stability or decrease in t levels and monitor your other hormones and levels as well. Estrogen can build up on hcg too. Like I said.. It's all a process. That's what I've learned lol.

look around...theres a couple of very interesting studies (actual medical studies rather than bro-science) on long low dose clomid for increasing free and total test

google it

Letrozole has been shown to do the same thing in studies.

yes you abused roids at a young age and caused permanent damage. seen it all the time. when you mess with hormones in your late teens and even early 20's it throws off your HPTA.

i would like to see your full panel ... next step would be going on a long pct using hcg, hmg, a small amount of a SERM and of course lots of natty supps. that will get your numbers up and then hopefully your body picks up from there. thats really your only option.

also you need to get your diet and training back in check, that will help boost T levels.. especially deads, squats etc. these stimulate hormones and growth in the body. hell carry your kids around the whole day and use them to do squats, kill 2 birds with 1 stone

HRT should be out of the question right now. do you really want to pin for the REST OF YOUR LIFE ? its gonna be pricey and it won't fix the root problem, it will just replace any test your body was producing... you want your body to produce its own test as a male

Go to your doc. Tell him you want all your hormones checked, test, GH, ect.
A lot of times when you ask for the works, the doctor only does the usual stuff. From there, he will probably get you on HRT.
You yourself should try gnrh triptorelin, as I believe its been shown to restore testosterone no matter how low. As well as a pct, some strong natty test boosters.
