What Time to take WInny?

Hey guys i am about to start 6 weeks of winny i am going to be taking 50mgs ed and they are 25mg caps what time should i take them at should i take one when i wake up at 7 A.M. and then another one at like 7 or 8 P.M. or how far apart should i be taking them any help or advice thanks
